Joshua Smith has been one of Albuquerque, and it's surrounding area's, most trusted home inspectors for the past 10 years.
He is proud to be the owner and operator of 505 Inspections and continue to serve his community by helping his clients make informed decisions during their buying and/or selling process.
Joshua, a father of 4 sons, was born and raised in Albuquerque and grew up building custom homes with his father. His knowledge and experience in construction lead him to home inspecting.

Full Home Inspection / Pre-Listing Inspection
Under 1,999 square feet - $350 + tax
2,000 - 2,999 square feet - $450 + tax
3,000 - 3,999 square feet - $550 + tax
4,000 - 4,999 square feet - $650 + tax

LEAD BASED PAINT TEST AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST
Re-Inspection
1st Re-Inspection is FREE
$50 + tax fee for each re-inspection after that

$80 + tax
+ $10 per detached structure

SEWER SCOPE INSPECTION

$175 + tax for Sewer Scope ONLY
Additional $50 fee will apply for each additional sewer
clean out sets.
Re-inspection fee $75

IN-GROUND AIR DUCT SCOPE
Under 2,499 square feet - $160 + tax
2,500 - 3,999 square feet - $185 + tax
4,000+ square feet - $210 + tax

(Inspection of ONLY the furnace, AC/swamp cooler, water heater, & electrical panel)
$250 + tax
